Hello M1 Backers!

We are excited to share that we are in the final stages of fulfillment with the vast majority of orders shipped out! While we certainly understand the frustration of the remaining backers who have not yet received your M1s, we are keenly aware of the speed sensitivity of getting 100% complete as soon as possible.  We have already shipped out more than 15000 M1 units and will be shipping each and every pre-order out as soon as possible.  

As soon as an order is sent out, we will provide tracking information to your email address.  Before that point, we do not have any more information that what is contained and outlined below.

US 

There are about 1000 orders left to ship out in the previous batch that have been allocated but delayed in shipping out due to some warehouse internet/system issues. These should all be sent out in the next 7 days. Tracking information is sent out as soon as an order is dispatched. 

The remaining orders (after this batch of 1000) will only be orders of M1s +Adapter Fences.  This is scheduled to arrive in port at the end of July, a week transit to warehouse, and then fulfillment of all remaining US orders to be completed by mid-August (or likely earlier).

EU

Container scheduled to arrive in Mid-July, move to warehouse, and begin shipping out by end of July and into early August.  Shipping is pretty quick and most areas will receive within 2-5 days of leaving warehouse.

Canada

Inventory arriving with third US shipment in mid to late July then moved to US warehouse, truck loaded, moved to Toronto fulfillment, and sent out to backers by early to mid August depending on arrival at warehouse timing.  We will provide an update once this timeline is clearer to us once bookings are secured. 

Rest of World (HK)

Generally finished.  There are a few edge cases where we have requested information needed to complete shipments.  

We appreciate everyone's patience, especially remaining backers.  While shipping sometimes seems as simple as sending out a spreadsheet and being done with it, it is anything but requiring a great deal of coordination and effort by the entire team. Rest assured, as the more than 15000 backers can testify to, It is a great tool and will be well worth the wait!

Hello M1 Backers,

We are thrilled to see so many M1 Caliber's in the wild!  It is remarkable to see the job sites, saw setups, and new use cases people have been sharing while using their M1s. We wanted to spend this update providing detailed shipping information for remaining regions of the world.  While we can share the high level plan here, backers will receive a more detailed email (with tracking details) when their individual order has been sent out. Below, you can view shipping information by your region:

 US Orders 

First 6500 tools have been sent out and delivered to initial backers who did not order any accessories.

The second US container of M1s and accessories has just arrived in port this week.  We are waiting to clear the port yard and move to our warehouse and will begin to to send out this second batch (of slightly over 5000 M1s + accessories) in the next week (second week of June). This will continue, as best as possible, in order that backers placed their order.

While most backers will be fulfilled in this batch, there will be about 1000 orders that have Adapter Fences that are coming with the third shipment so their orders cannot be fulfilled in this second batch. These orders will be sent out in late July/early August when the third US container arrives.  

Canada Orders

While we worked diligently to secure a direct shipment to Canada, there were no viable options that we were able to find.  As such, Canadian orders are contingent on the third US container arriving the last week of July which includes the necessary number of M1s and accessories (there was not enough accessories in second US shipment to make it viable to send the required amount to Canada with more than 1000 orders).  From here, it will go to our US warehouse, loaded onto a truck, and sent to our Toronto fulfillment center.  Expect orders to begin to ship out the second and third week of August. 

We understand this is frustrating and worked every angle we could to get material to Canada sooner but is an unfortunate reality of the global shipping situation. 

EU Orders

The container has departed our warehouse and is en route to our Dublin Warehouse.  Arrival expected for 28 June.  From port, it will go to our warehouse and ship out about a week later.  European customers should expect to begin receiving their orders beginning the second week of July.  

Rest of World

Container has arrived at our Hong Kong fulfillment center and shipping will begin next week.  Orders will begin to be sent out the second week of June. As there are many world geographies to cover, it may take 1-4 weeks, from the time it departs our warehouse, until the time it is delivered varying by region/country. Shipping information will be emailed out once orders have departed.

Thanks everyone for bearing with us down the final stretch!  Things are in motion and we are thrilled to wrap up shipping.  As mentioned previously, it has been a tough time to ship inventory around the world. We have done our best to remain flexible and ensure we get products to customers as soon as possible. We look forward to all pre-order customers receiving their tool in the coming weeks and can't wait to see all of the M1s covered in sawdust very soon!

Hello M1 Backers,

We are excited to announce that all crowdfunding orders have been manufactured and boxed up!  While this is a very exciting milestone, we now are continuing to work through the phase of getting all goods to their respective warehouse locations and begin end customer delivery. 

All orders have been locked on BackerKit to ensure we move inventory to the correct locations.  To the few hundred people who have not filled out their surveys on BackerKit, please do so immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Please be patient as the global shipping economy is still significantly impacted from COVID related delays. We have a very talented and well versed team working on getting units out to customers in the most efficient manner possible but even the best laid plan will be subject to some changes, adaptations, and game time decisions to keep things moving.  We will continue to provide full transparency into the process and keep everyone updated as we receive more information! 

US+Canada Deliveries

Overview

While the original (first) shipment was scheduled to arrive April 28th, our ship unfortunately had a COVID outbreak which forced the ship to make an unscheduled stop in India while the crew was swapped out and the ship completely cleaned.  It is back on track but scheduled to arrive in port approximately May 8th.  

The second container has also left and is scheduled to arrive the last week of May (additional 5800 M1s and some accessories)

The third shipment is expected to arrive in mid-June (more M1s and remaining accessories).  About 90%+ of all pre orders will be fulfilled within the first two shipments.

Canada shipments are being played live as we are having trouble securing a ship to our Toronto distribution facility.  We are working on this and will likely move inventory from our US warehouse to our Canada warehouse and would expect shipments to begin in June.

Deliveries Begin - Third Week in May 

• First container arrival May 8th in port
• Clear customs, move to warehouse, begin fulfillment

Deliveries Complete - June  

• Accessories coming in during second and third containers 

EU Deliveries 

Overview

The container of EU good is set to depart May 9th and arrive in port June 9th (approximately) with all the regions M1s and accessories.  From here it will clear customs, be moved to our EU warehouse near Dublin, and sent out to all end customers.  

Deliveries Begin - Mid June

• Dependent on ship arrival and clearing customs on time.

Deliveries Complete - Late June  

• Some delays might go to July depending on specific EU country but everything will have been sent out from warehouse before hand and most deliveries will arrive within 2-4 days of leaving the warehouse.

Rest of World Deliveries (Australia and all other regions)

Overview

The remaining world countries will ship form Hong Kong.  It is a very short trip from Malaysia to Hong Kong so this shipment will depart our factory last.  

Deliveries Begin - Early June

• Dependent on ship arrival and clearing customs on time.

Deliveries Complete - End of June. 

• Some delays might go to July depending on specific country
