Hello M1 Caliber Backers,
Now that we have more clarity (finally!) on remaining shipping inventory, we wanted to share an update, by region, on remaining shipping fulfillment. Many of our shipments have experienced port delays (from congestion and COVID slow downs) along with last minute schedule changes from our carrier resulting in the updated schedules listed below. While we tried our best to help avoid these, delays, we are glad to have finally received all inventory and complete remaining orders over the next few days and weeks.
As before, as soon as your order is sent out, we will provide tracking information emailed directly to you. Beyond the remaining regions mentioned in this update, some of the other reasons your order may not have shipped yet include:
- Your shipping survey is incomplete on BackerKit to confirm your address
- You used Apple Pay to check out which generated a specific email address that does not receive notifications from us
- You are missing TaxID or other needed information to send out your order and have not responded to our inquires (international orders)
- Your shipping address failed carrier verification
US Shipping
All M1 only and M1 and Wheel orders have been sent out along with 90% of Adapter Fence orders. The only remaining orders, in the US, are ones with M1s with Adapter Fences (around 100 that weren't sent out with the first wave of adapter fences last month). Inventory arrives today at our warehouse and we will begin sending out these orders immediately (expect tracking information over the next several days). You will receive tracking information sent to you once it departs our warehouse and should be complete by end of next week.
Canada Shipping
Inventory allocated in US container arrived today at our warehouse from the port. These products have specific packaging and certification for Canadian orders. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will unload and transfer to truck to our Toronto warehouse to begin fulfillment in late August depending on container arrival and trucking availability. Will provide further information once shipments start.
Europe Shipping
Inventory arrived about 2 weeks ago and finally cleared customs and was delivered to our warehouse on Friday. We are beginning to ship out orders later this week and will continue over next several weeks until complete. Tracking information is sent as soon as an order is sent out.
Rest of World Shipping
Rest of world shipping (not in regions mentioned above) is complete. If you live here and have not received tracking information or delivery, there is likely a problem with your address or survey. Please email us at [email protected] to resolve and get you your M1!
Thank you for everyone's patience. We apologize for the delays and are always actively working to monitor and speed up whenever possible. We have many actions to improve upon for future campaigns and want to apologize for any delays along with communication gaps.
